Fragmented agri-logistics and limited market access hold back millions of smallholder farmers across the continent.
The problem
Farmers lose money at every step before a sale is made
Poor first-mile transport and a lack of cold storage spoil a large share of every harvest before it reaches a buyer. The fuel-based trucks that do move crops are costly and carbon-intensive. And even when produce survives the journey, millions of smallholders, especially women, stay cut off from formal buyers, with no way to prove where or how it was handled.

Fulfilment hubs with cold storage cut spoilage and speed up aggregation near the farm gate. An EV-powered haulage network lowers costs and emissions while improving reliability. A digital platform then connects farmers directly to verified buyers with full traceability. It all runs on a women-led logistics network that builds real trust in the communities it serves.
